Hanson Builders,
Inc. has been one of the premier custom home & townhome
builders in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul
since 1979. We endeavor to construct homes of distinction
and character, which add enjoyment to the lives of the
over 1,000 families who live in them. Our staff numbers
over 20, and our products range from association maintained
townhomes on up to Luxury Custom Designed homes priced
up to and over $1.5 Million.

| Learning true craftsmanship
the old fashioned way, Dean Hanson tutored under his father
Ken Hanson - a master craftsman himself since 1948. From
the early years working with a contractor remodeling 100
year old homes, to the exquisite detailing found in our
upper-bracket custom homes & townhomes today, Dean
has remained true to the values he learned early on. Today,
he continues to keep Hanson Builders, Inc. on the leading
edge of the marketplace by attracting and maintaining
a complete, highly trained staff and passing on his passion
and experience for homebuilding to his team. |

| As the company has
grown we've forged into market leadership in the design
area. Our design team includes an amazing collaborative
of some uniquely talented folks. They have and continue
to design cutting-edge floorplans that win awards, but
are also very cost-effective to build. Whether you are
looking to spend $400,000 or $1,000,000, Hanson Builders
might be the right builder for you.
In 2004, we launched our most
ambitious venture yet - THE LAKES AT BLAINE, where we
are building upper bracket custom homes ranging up to
and over $1,000,000.
2007 marked 2 new beginnings - The Villas of Wilkinson
Lake in North Oaks. Luxury villa homes will line the
shores of Wilkinson Lake on the Pres Homes campus in
NORTH OAKS - prices start just under
$700k. And Edgewater Estates in MAPLE GROVE
- Custom Large Home series from $700k.
2008 we opened PROMINENCE CREEK in Maple Grove. Large
lot single family homes in a community with a stunning
pool & clubhouse.
2009 it was WOODCREST in Plymouth. This community of
57 homes is set on a rolling piece, up high, just north
of Providence Academy.
Also new in 2009 is Rapp Farm in North Oaks. Wooded
private homesites available starting with packages from
$850,000.
We now have three communities in #284 Wayzata schools
and two in #621 Moundsview Schools.
