We are pleased and proud to announce that Hanson Builders is again building in North Oaks – RAPP FARM community - a single family home neighborhood with city sewer/water services.

Beginning in February, Hanson Builders will start the first of three planned homes;

1) LODGE Front design plan. Priced in the high $600's. You can see a similar version of this home weekends in March during the Builders Association of the Twin Cities Parade of Homes. 3) SPORT COURT design plan - Front exterior not yet final for this one. Still in the final tweaking stages, we have built a variety of home designs that incorporate an interior Sports Court that can be viewed from both the main floor and from the basement level. Plan on around 5,300 Finished SF, and at least 5 Bedrooms/5 Bathrooms. Also planned is a large 4-Car garage, main level home hobby/craft room – priced in the high $700's or low $800's.
