The Parade of Homes starts Saturday March 3rd, and ends Sunday April 1st. Homes are open each Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 - 6:00.
We have 5 homes entered this year - 4 in Plymouth and 1 in Blaine Lakes. These homes range from $569,900 up to $979,900.
- All 4 floor plans are unique, and there is a range of architectural styles that include Cottage, Arts & Crafts, Traditional Farmhouse and a new look this year we call Lodge.
An example of the wide array of amenities present in these homes can be demonstrated by considering just the wood species shown:
Walnut - Knotty Alder - Maple - Quarter-Sawn Oak - Birch - Poplar - Enameled woods - Antique painted woods
Please come out to see our new products. All 5 homes are for sale and ready for move in after the PARADE event concludes. See you soon, we hope.

"If home prices are an indicator of market health–and some would say they are the best indicator–then Minneapolis is very healthy indeed. Home prices are expected to rise 8% next year, the highest rate among the 100 largest housing markets, and a big reason that Minneapolis finishes atop our healthy markets list."
