Trade-in Program

Well, Hanson Builders is ready to take your home on a trade when you build with us. Much like trading in a car for a new one, we will assess the trade-in value of your home and sign a contract to purchase it from you.

Our www.500SOLD.com program is for those who choose not to "trade-in" their home, but rather are willing to assume some of the final-price risk in return for possibly realizing a higher net sales price.
