COST: Work requested that is no longer covered by the 1 year general warranty or the 2 year major mechanical warranty or the 10 year structural foundation warranty, will be billed out as follows:
Service call $100 (includes up to the first 1/2 hour), $75 per hour for labor (billed in 20 min increments), material cost, including sales tax, shipping, etc.

NOTE: Time to get materials is billable time. (Prices subject to change without notice.)
