Design Your Dream
We offer available lots across the Twin Cities and frequently build on customer-owned lots. Once you’ve settled on a place, we’ll discuss your ideas, dreams, and needs. If you opt for a semi-custom home, you’ll personalize one of our industry-leading floorplans.
Pricing & Review
Once your construction loan is approved, you’ll review the pricing proposal and meet with us to go over it in person. Prio to the purchase agreement being signed, we’ll discuss our design and build plans to ensure everything is to your liking. The next step is choosing details and finishing touches at our design studio.
Build Your Home
Ground-breaking begins the official construction process on your new home. Our production schedule is always available for viewing through our online portal, BuilderTrend. We give you a close date at time of mechanical rough in, and we’ve never missed our deadline. Then it’s time to move in!
