We maintain a full-time department dedicated to addressing warranty and service claims because we are personally invested in the health and longevity of every one of our homes.
Overview of Coverage
1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty- Comprehensive coverage of the materials and workmanship in your home.
2 Year Mechanical Warranty- Protection from defects in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Many of these systems may also be covered by manufacturer warranties.
10 Year Structural Warranty- Transferable coverage of the structural integrity and load-bearing capabilities of your home.
