How long have you been in business?
The first Hanson-built home was completed in 1885 by Dean Hanson’s great-grandfather. Dean and his father officially founded Hanson Builders in 1979 and have been leading the industry in innovation and design for more than 40 years.
What sets you apart from other builders?
We give our clients more options for customization than anyone else in the industry. Most builders don’t allow changes to their floorplans. But with our semi-custom Identity homes, we’ll work with you to make sure your home fits your needs. We also give careful attention to detail, caulking our woodwork and completing other finishing touches that other builders often ignore.
How long does it take to build a custom home from concept to completion?
Our homes are finished within 200 days, whether you are building a Legacy or Identity Collection home.
Do we work with third party interior designers?
Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t outsource to a design studio. Our expert interior designers will meet with you at our design center in Andover, MN to help you style your new home.
Do we offer a warranty on our homes?
